Return & Refund
Due to the fact that it concerns intimate products, with hygienic reasons and fast changing stock, our return and refund policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Full priced items that are unused, tags still attached and in original packaging can be exchanged and refunded within 15 days of delivery. We have a 15 day money back guarantee (sale and handmade items excluded).
Refund or replacements will be applied in the following cases:
- If you did not receive your order
- If you received a defective product
- If the item is significantly different than described or shown in the site
All return order shipping fees are at the customers expense and are non-refundable. Please ensure that parcels are clearly labelled and securely packaged. We recommend adding tracking to the return parcel as any items lost in the mail will not be refunded.
Please allow 5 business days for your refund to be processed from the time we receive your return parcel. Refunds will be processed back to the card or account that it was used to make the original purchase. It may take sometime before refund is officially posted on your card.
- There is no not returns, refunds or exchanges on sale or handmade items.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If applicable, only partial refunds will be granted in certain situations.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
